But his sleepless days are all about Evie. Through their blood bond, Chris has felt Evie’s pain and everything she’s done to numb it. He wants to reach out to her and make it all OK, but he can’t. Chris knows his vampire father is still watching and looking for an excuse to fight for Evie.
