N. Pearl Senecal grew up on a farm where milking cows was the means of livelihood. She could fully understand that part of Rawhide's childhood. During the years working as a Care Aid and later as an Activities Director of a nursing home, she took time to listen to the stories of the pioneers. Stories like Rawhide's that should be told.
