Behind a remote lodge overlooking Crescent City California, stands a mysterious lookout tower used to signal the shoreline and ships at sea. The signals coordinate marijuana shipments. He follows the husband of one of the missing women and discovers the remote lodge and lookout tower. He sneaks inside and eavesdrops on the group’s nasty plan.
