Inspired by a vintage sewing pattern, this versatile little dress for 18-inch dolls simply slips over your doll’s head, then wraps both forward and backward. Snap it in the back, tie it in the front … and your outfit is complete! As an added bonus, the dress is entirely reversible, which means you get two dresses in one! Mix and match colors and prints for even more options.

With easy to follow step-by-step photo instructions, the project in this full-color, soft-cover pattern book goes together quickly for most confident beginner-level sewists. You can even make it a little easier by substituting slightly wider double-fold bias tape for the neckline.

Supplies Needed:
• 1/3 yard woven fashion fabric (cotton, gingham, lightweight denim)
• 1/3 yard lining fabric
• 13 inches 1/4-inch wide double fold bias tape (Try substituting 1/2-inch wide double fold bias tape to make this project easier for beginners!)
• 20 inches 1/4- to 3/8-inch wide grosgrain ribbon (Satin ribbon or other trim which frays easily is not recommended.)
• 1 size 2/0 sew-on snap set
• Thread
