    Having a barber line you up is always better but this tool does a great job to help you do it on your own. Watch some videos of how other people use this to get other perspectives. I spend time about once a week shaping everything up and it works well for me. Have a little patience the first few times you use it and learn where you need to line things up using the marking points on the guide in relation to points on your face or ears.

    I have a thick beard so trying to get an even trim on both sides is always a challenge. This little tool is great for that! For the first time, I can get an even shape and it looks great! Definitely, recommend this for anyone who wants an even trim on their beard but has a hard time eyeballing it.

    I originally saw another version of this last year with a pretty hefty price tag. When I saw this one and the GREAT price I figured I would take a shot. It does everything it's advertised to do and I like the fact that it forms to your face, unlike the metal ones I have seen. Overall I am happy with the purchase and plan to order a few more for Christmas gifts.

    This beard shaping and styling tool is the best we have seen thus far, and outstanding compared to items that are much more costly. While sheer for good visibility, it is also strong and will last indefinitely. The edges are tapered nicely to allow for close trimming by a trimmer, clipper, hand razor or scissor. I highly recommend this shaping and styling tool. Go for it- you will not be disappointed!

    I got this as a gift for my brother who is obsessive about getting the perfect beard. He said it definitely works good and is going to be something he uses a lot but he messed up one side the first time. Something to do with lining up the dots. He said he wanted to watch a video or read about how to do it easier. Maybe a mini video short would help with this product. I'm not sure if one is already out. Nevertheless he looked happy and his beard to my eye looked great!

    Received it fast and exactly as described. Never had one of these, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It looks more like a guide, not a template. If I hold it crooked, I'm sure I will trim crooked. So I'll go slow until I get used to it.

    This works exactly the way I had hoped. Not everything has to be a clever contraption to make your life easier. Sometimes you just need a piece of plastic that is the right shape to let you do something in a repeatable fashion, week after week.
