    A great camera and by far the best PTZ I have had in this price range. The quality of the product is really good and the image is extremally clear. Simple setup plug and play on our PC which runs on Windows 11 latest version. The remote control is of an excellent quality and feels very strong and not cheaply made. The box came with all the bits you will need , ceiling bracket, screws , raw plugs, a good long USB lead and PSU. I was presently surprised that the camera also has 10X digital zoom as well meaning the camera is way better than expected. With the camera over 25 feet away from the person talking there was zero issues on zoom and the stability of focus. The camera has a great menu of many settings to enhance the use of the item. As the shipping said "Duty free shipping" we dint need to pay any extra fees. The shipping was very fast a total of 10 days from placing the order and it arriving. A really good product and one I would highly recommend All I need now is mt PTZ controller and am a happy buyer. I will be getting a second camera very soon.
