This is definitely the most worthwhile expense I have spent in a long time. Simple and easy to install, including smartphone apps. The picture is very clear. Use a dedicated power supply and connecting cable to install my system. No provided cord or power adapter is used. Only use DVR and camera. Put the DVR and power supply in the basement and connect all cables to them. There is a long HDMI cable and a long USB cable, so I can monitor and control everything on the bedside table from the bed. Everything is great! ! !

I don't always praise others; in fact, this is my first product review in more than half a year. But I absolutely must share my experience with the Anke technical support department, because their level of help, patience and accommodation is simply amazing. After initially emailing them, they evaluated my request and responded to me within 13 hours (including the time zone gap) and stated that technical support would be provided within 24 hours. Their second encounter... was great. Since then, they have been very active in helping me solve the problem, and we have sent several emails back and forth. In the end, they determined that email could not solve the problem, so we conducted a remote desktop sharing session to effectively find a solution. We lost contact for a while, and the technical support staff even called me to make sure we were still able to continue. After about 30 minutes, I was ready and happily kept their products. I believe that many of you have experienced poor customer service at some stage in your life, and you can rest assured that this company cares about their products and customers. If positive reviews of their customer service are not enough to convince you to buy...please allow me to review their products. Summary  Customer service is unparalleled. The price is very good. The video quality is very good. The setup is quite simple. Some improvements/updated instructions will be helpful, but manageable. The interface can be improved to enhance the experience, but it's okay. I spent quite a lot of time reading product descriptions and reviews of home video surveillance, and couldn't find anything that matched the price or positive reviews. Of course, there are some surprising comments in some comments, but nothing really worrisome. In general, some people have too high expectations for night vision. The performance of the system is above its price point. Again, when you consider the price, this is not a big deal. If you are arguing between this product and a competitor, please give it a chance to let him know that if you need help, they will take care of you.
