Escellion is the sister planet to Earth. Sharing the same orbit, they are exactly opposite of each other from the sun. Long ago when a beautiful star in the east was seen; that “star” was actually a comet that came so near to Escellion, that the tail devastated most life on the planet, and forever changed the inhabitants. After a deep space probe returning to Earth accidentally discovered Escellion; it became the last hope for the dying planet Earth. Marci and Eric Strey and their children, like all the other colonists, believe that only the small human population in the complex on the planet of Escellion is sentient. They are wrong.
