Its probably fair to presume that youve already dated too many men when you innocently visit B&Q on a Saturday morning with your Mum for a simple gardening product and have to practically run out of the shop . . . Whilst scurrying out of B&Q and with her Mum catching on faster than imagined, Charlie then had to ignore pleading comments of Oh but he seemed such a nice boy and Youre dad loved him! Lets nip back and say hello! Charlie was trying to decide what was worse; the fact that she couldnt even be civil with any of her exs, or the fact that she completely forgot that this particular one had even existed . . . Oh God, how many more were there?
