Unmasked is a raw, true-life memoir from championship kickboxer and coach Garry Bell. Raised on the tough streets of Teesside, Garry's early life was shaped by domestic abuse, poverty, and chaos. From a young age, he learned that survival required mental toughness, discipline, and resilience.

Martial arts became his anchor. Through boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, Garry transformed trauma into purpose and adversity into strength. He went on to become a championship-winning fighter, respected coach, and founder of Contender Gym, established in 2006.

Unmasked is not just a fight story. It is an honest account of overcoming abuse, developing a resilient mindset, and learning how to stand back up when life knocks you down.
