George Colligan is een succesvolle Jazz pianist, componist en multi-instrumentalist uit Portland. Hij heeft op vele albums gespeeld en vele optredens gedaan met namen zoals Jack DeJohnette, Larry Grenadier, Don Byron en Cassandra Wilson. Dit solo album is daarentegen heel iets anders.
