De Urtekram Coconut Handcrème is een lichte, niet-vette handcrème met een heerlijke geur van natuurlijke kokosnootzoetheid. De combinatie van organische vierge kokosolie, hyaluronzuur en hexapeptiden helpt de handen en nagels te versterken en te versterken. De Urtekram Kokosnoot Handcrème bevat naast de kokosolie ook onder andere karitéboter (shea butter), glycerine en Aloe vera.
