At 4.5 inches tall and ready to dispense some centuries-old refreshment from where it's been tucked away in a dilapidated building as a stone wall collapses behind it, its red and cream body is covered with deep gouges as the top shows off the always classic 'Nuka-Cola' logo below a small green screen. The exterior of its packaging sees a bottle of Nuka-Cola nestled amongst red stripes and stars. The interior is then a pale blue with the 'Vault 101' logo on its back while the protective sleeve is a desolate wasteland covered in Vault Boy's as the figure can be seen through the large clear window at the packaging's front.
